Sykes-Pickavant 902455SP Heavy Duty Vibro Impact Air Hammer with Hammer Insert is a specialised air tool package for controlled impact work on HGV, agricultural and construction vehicles. It uses the powerful 90245000 Vibro Impact air hammer operating at about 6.2 bar and consuming around 210 litres of air per minute to deliver roughly 2500 blows per minute. The Vibro Impact system enables the operator to build impact force gradually, which helps free seized or rusted components such as wheel bearings, hubs and suspension joints while reducing the risk of damage. This SP version is supplied complete with a dedicated hammer insert, making it ready for tasks where a direct hammering action rather than a chisel is preferred. With a weight of approximately 5.4 kilograms and length of 380 millimetres, it provides a robust yet controllable solution for tough jobs. It suits workshops searching for a large Vibro Impact air hammer kit with hammer head included.
