Removing rust, scale, slag, and old coatings from metal surfaces demands a reliable, hard-working pneumatic tool underpowered or poorly designed chipping hammers slow the job and fatigue the operator. The Sealey SA120 is a heavy-duty industrial air chipping hammer built for sustained use. It features a heavy-duty alloy handle with a thumb-actuated trigger for precise control, and a large open grip design that allows the tool to be used while wearing heavy gauntlets or gloves. It delivers a free speed of 3000bpm with a 20mm stroke, operating at 90psi with an air consumption of 4cfm through a 1/4"BSP inlet. The chisel shank accepts 12.7 x 47mm shanks, and the tool is supplied with a chisel retaining spring. Chisels are not included compatible options are the SA120/F flat chisel and SA120/P pointed chisel, both available separately. Replacement spring retainer SA120/21 is also available as a consumable part.
