Blowguns with inadequate airflow or poorly balanced handles slow down cleaning and drying tasks. The PCL BG7008 is a Turbo nozzle blowgun from the Ergo range, delivering 18.4 cfm (521 l/min) of airflow through an Rp 1/4 inlet, and designed for applications where increased airflow is required.
The BG7008 is made from durable Zytel Nylon and is design-engineered in the UK. The Ergo range was built for strength, comfort and affordability, and this blowgun looks and feels good in the hand. A newly designed air release valve is built into the body, enabling the trigger and airflow to be feathered for controlled operation. The Turbo nozzle configuration enables additional air to be absorbed safely through the sides of the nozzle.
With a measured sound level of 114 dBa and conformity to OSHA 1910.95 and OSHASTD 1-13.1, the BG7008 is suited to professional workshop environments where safety standards are observed. Its compact form factor — 310 mm in length, 65 mm in height and 25 mm in width — ensures ease of use across a range of workshop tasks.
The PCL Ergo Blowgun range is design-engineered in the UK and is part of the HORNGROUP family of brands, with PCL's manufacturing heritage in Sheffield dating to 1938.
