Product Number: BG7505
Blocked or poorly aimed air blasts slow down cleaning and drying tasks. The PCL BG7505 is an Aircurtain Blowgun from the Ergo Extreme range, fitted with an Rp 1/4 inlet, and recommended for use in large areas where a wide, unblockable air delivery pattern is required. The BG7505 features a flat Aircurtain nozzle that spreads airflow across a broad front, making the blowgun impossible to block and delivering an extremely high blowing force. The body is constructed from durable Zytel Nylon — sturdy yet comfortable to handle — and incorporates a newly designed air release valve built into the body, allowing the trigger and airflow to be feathered with precision. The Ergo Extreme configuration adds a flexible rubber grip for additional cushioning during extended use. With a measured airflow of 8.8 cfm (249 l/min) and a recorded sound level of 94 dBa, the BG7505 conforms to OSHA 1910.95 and OSHA STD 1-13.1 safety standards. The range is design-engineered in the UK and built on the quality and performance heritage for which PCL is known. The BG7505 is part of the Ergo Extreme blowgun range, which replaces the previous 'best' PCL blowgun series. The Ergo (standard grip) variant is also available for applications where the rubber-overmould cushioning of the Extreme is not required — check the product page for the relevant SKU. The BG7505 is supplied as a single blowgun unit. PCL has manufactured compressed-air equipment in Sheffield since 1938 and is part of HORNGROUP.
