This is the fragranced version of the Exocet premium additive pack for domestic kerosene to BS2869:C2, supplied here in the 1 litre pack. It carries a fresh fuel fragrance for environments sensitive to fuel odours, or where sensory evidence of the premium fuel needs to be demonstrated.
Beyond the fragrance the chemistry is the full premium pack. It guards against fuel degradation in storage, protects metal tanks and pipework from corrosion, addresses fuel interaction with copper fittings, and inhibits deposits building in the tank. In the appliance it reduces deposits around nozzles and on heat exchanger surfaces, lowers carbon emissions and improves system efficiency between services. The fragrance gives sensory evidence that the premium fuel has been applied, which matters where a customer needs to see that the treatment has been done. Fuel treated on delivery holds its condition in the tank rather than degrading between fills.
Dose at 200ml to 1,000 litres of heating oil. Treat where fuel will stand for more than four months, where filters are plugging or burner jets fouling quickly, where soot is collecting in the heat exchange chamber, or where the environment is fuel-smell sensitive.
