The CCL 13-012 is a 24V changeover micro relay with built-in diode protection, designed for switching applications across commercial vehicles, plant, and agricultural machinery operating on 24-volt electrical systems. Rated at a continuous load of 20A on the open circuit and 15A on the closed circuit, it is suited to moderate-duty switching duties where reliable, consistent operation is required.
The relay delivers peak load capacity of 40A on the open circuit and 30A on the closed circuit, providing headroom for transient demands during switching events. The integrated diode protection suppresses voltage spikes generated at switch-off, safeguarding connected control circuitry and adjacent components from back-EMF damage - a particularly important characteristic in vehicle and machinery environments where sensitive electronics may share the same loom.
