The Haztec 8-82838 is a compact switch module from Haztec's programmable flash control family - the switching member of the 8-82814/8-82838/8-82800 group, listed with 4 x 10A outputs, 12/24V operation and the family's 3 year warranty.
Where the family's flasher members generate patterns, the switch module provides the programmable switched power: four 10A channels under system control, which is the capacity layer for driving warning lights, worklights and auxiliaries beyond what interface-level 6A outputs carry.
The family's linkable architecture applies - two or more modules can be linked - so channel count grows with the installation. Its headlight flasher relatives (8-82838-HLF) run standalone, CANbus or LINbus with 75 flashes per minute programmable to other frequencies, and the 10-30V members hold Vin = Vout across the supply range.
Plug-in connectors and fused input protection carry across the family, keeping installation fast and the wiring protected.
Match the module to your control system (standalone or bus-based) and load plan - four 10A channels per module, adding modules as the circuit count grows rather than re-specifying the controller.
