Variations
The Haztec 8-8120-R is a 100W speaker from the 8000 Series Premium range - Haztec's high specification speaker family described as suitable for all applications.
8000 Series speakers combine compact housings with high output neodymium drivers and heavy duty components; the range's slimmest member, the 8-8120-MT, is just 85mm deep, and the family is built for the space-constrained mounting positions behind grilles and bumpers where siren speakers live.
Speaker rating is the key matching rule: it must be at least equal to the maximum output of the amplifier. Haztec's own example - an 80W amplifier requires an 80 or 100W speaker, and a 100W amplifier requires at least a 100W speaker - makes the 8-8120-R's 100W rating the safe pairing for Haztec's full-power amplifiers.
Specify one or two speakers depending on your amplifier's drive capability and whether the tone programme requires a pair.
