Product Number: 8-7000-ST
Variations
The Haztec 8-7000-ST is a metal sound tube with flexible hose for Haztec 8-7050 series speakers, supplied without the speaker driver. It provides the resonant tube body that directs siren output where a compact tube-format installation is required, and accepts the 8-7050 4 Ohm compact driver.
Sound tube speaker formats are used where a conventional box speaker will not fit - the driver mounts to the tube, and the flexible hose section allows the outlet to be routed within tight engine bay or bumper spaces.
If you need the complete assembly rather than the tube alone, the 8-7050-ST combines the 50W high output 4 Ohm compact driver with the metal sound tube, flexible hose and adjustable brackets in one part. This listing is the tube and hose only, for building up or servicing an existing installation.
Check your amplifier's speaker compatibility list before ordering; Haztec sirens in this range drive 1 or 2 compatible speakers.
