Variations
The Haztec 8-82413 is a EuroSmart compact siren amplifier - a compact, lightweight and economical unit that carries the core EuroSmart siren feature set for standard vehicle installations.
Standard tones are wail/yelp, hi-lo and phaser or air horn, with dual oscillators enabling mixed or piercing tone effects on the twin-oscillator models. Horn ring transfer control lets the driver work the siren from the vehicle horn, the amplifier runs cool with no need for special ventilation, and output is variable up to 200W across the family, compatible with any Haztec speaker. The variable output design also means one amplifier model covers cars, vans and larger plant, simplifying fleet stock.
Its high output with low current consumption suits vehicles where electrical budget matters, and the compact housing simplifies packaging behind dashboards and in equipment bays.
Within the family, the 8-82414 is the weatherproof version Haztec recommends for motorcycle use, and the 8-82415 adds the EuroSmart siren/PA amplifier configuration shown in Haztec's system diagrams with plug-in microphone and CANbus accessories. Haztec can also program any tone, frequency and cycle for alternative requirements - contact sales via the platform for special tone programming.
