The UTV Products UTV337-1K is a paired LED headlight insert kit designed as a direct-fit upgrade for TW and 10 Series Ford tractors, replacing the original headlight assemblies with a high-output LED unit incorporating a dedicated daytime running light. Sold as a complete kit, the pair provides a straightforward like-for-like installation on compatible machines. Each lamp delivers genuine dual-beam performance: low beam operates at 30W with an output of 2,250 lumens, whilst high beam steps up to 50W and 3,750 lumens for demanding low-light field work.
A separate 6W DRL circuit ensures the tractor remains conspicuous during daylight operation. The 6,000K colour temperature produces a crisp, white light that aids target differentiation across a wide working area. Built for agricultural conditions, the units are rated IP68 for full dust exclusion and continuous water immersion resistance, making them suitable for washing down and sustained outdoor exposure.
The wide operating voltage of 9–32V DC ensures compatibility across both 12V and 24V electrical systems, whilst the operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C covers extreme seasonal conditions without performance loss. EMC compliance is certified to CISPR 25 Class 4, limiting electromagnetic interference with cab electronics and ancillary equipment.
