The UTV Products UTV300-1K is a full 60W bullet-style LED headlight kit designed for Tier 4 and Tier 5 Claas tractors, delivering high-output illumination with an integrated Halo DRL in a compact, robust housing. The kit includes two dedicated high-beam units and two high/low-beam units, making it a complete front-lighting solution in a single purchase. Each unit produces 2,400LM on high beam at 30W and 2,100LM on low beam at 30W, with a 12W Halo DRL circuit.
The wide input voltage range of 9–32V DC makes the kit compatible with both 12V and 24V electrical systems. An IP68 ingress-protection rating confirms full dust-tight and continuous-submersion resistance, suited to the demanding wash-down and field environments tractors regularly encounter. The kit carries EMC CISPR 25 Class 4 approval, the highest class in that standard, confirming that radiated emissions are controlled to a level that protects sensitive on-board electronics.
The Halo DRL ring provides daytime running-light functionality as well as a distinctive appearance, and the high/low-beam units consolidate two lighting functions in a single pod to simplify wiring and mounting.
