Dirt, dust and water vapour in a compressed air system degrade tool performance and shorten service life. The PCL ATL6 is a line lubricator with 1/4" ports, designed to deliver controlled lubrication to air tools and associated equipment running from a compressed air system, helping to improve component performance and extend service life.
The ATL6 features a polycarbonate bowl that allows the user to monitor oil level at a glance, with a surrounding protective metal guard as a safety measure against excessive pressures, temperatures, or aggressive chemicals. Lubrication output is adjustable to suit the application.
From the PCL Air Treatment series, the ATL6 is rated to 12 bar and handles a flow rate of 2,200 l/min. The series covers 1/4" and 1/2" inlet FRL units, addressing contamination control across a range of compressed air installations. The ATL6 is suited to workshop, industrial, and automotive environments where consistent lubrication of air-powered equipment is required.
PCL manufacture at their Sheffield facility and have been doing so since 1938, part of HORNGROUP.
