Variations
Worn or mismatched hose assemblies interrupt air supply and reduce workshop productivity. The PCL HA2138 is a 20-metre air hose assembly fitted with an 8 mm (5/16 in) internal diameter TPE hose, terminated with a Standard Adaptor at one end and a Vertex Coupling at the other — supplied ready for immediate use.
The hose is constructed from a high-performance TPE compound that replicates the handling characteristics of rubber whilst avoiding rubber's associated drawbacks. Each assembly is supplied with both end fittings already installed, removing the need for crimping equipment on site and saving set-up time.
With a 20-metre run and 8 mm bore, the HA2138 is suited to workshop and industrial compressed-air applications where a pre-terminated, full-length hose assembly is required. The Vertex Coupling end provides compatibility with PCL's Vertex series of airline fittings, whilst the Standard Adaptor end connects to the compressor outlet or manifold.
