The PCL HA2003 is a 20-metre hose assembly built around 10 mm (3/8 in) internal-diameter hose, fitted with Rp 3/8 swivel ends at both terminations — supplied ready to connect without the need for crimping equipment.
The hose compound is a high-performance TPE formulation that offers the handling characteristics of rubber without its associated drawbacks. The swivel-end fittings are supplied complete, making the assembly a direct fit for Rp 3/8 airline connections on compressors, reels, and distribution equipment.
At 20 metres, the HA2003 provides a working reach suited to larger workshop bays and commercial environments where shorter cut lengths would require extension. The assembly is manufactured by PCL, a Sheffield-based manufacturer with a heritage in compressed-air products dating from 1938, and forms part of the HORNGROUP portfolio.
