Air hose fittings and connections that do not suit the job create air loss and slow down workshop throughput. The PCL HA2002 is a 20-metre air hose assembly fitted with Rp 1/4 swivel ends at both terminations, supplied as a ready-to-connect unit — part of PCL's Sheffield-manufactured range with a manufacturing heritage dating to 1938.
The hose measures 8 mm (5/16 in) internal diameter and is constructed from a high-performance TPE compound that looks and feels like rubber whilst avoiding the associated downsides of natural rubber hose. The swivel end fittings are supplied factory-fitted, removing the need for on-site crimping equipment and saving installation time.
Available as a cut-length assembly complete with fittings, the HA2002 is suited to workshop compressed-air distribution, tool supply lines, and fixed or semi-permanent airline installations where a 20-metre run with Rp 1/4 threaded swivel connections is required.
