Pre-made air hose assemblies save fitting time and remove the need for crimping equipment on the workshop floor. The PCL HA2137 is a 15-metre hose assembly built from 8 mm (5/16 in) internal-diameter hose, terminated at one end with a PCL Standard Adaptor and at the other with a Vertex Coupling, ready to connect directly into a PCL airline system.
The hose material is a high-performance TPE compound that matches the handling characteristics of rubber without rubber's associated drawbacks. The assembly is supplied at a cut length, complete with both end fittings, so no separate crimping or assembly work is required on site.
The HA2137 is part of PCL's ready-made hose assembly range, available in popular cut lengths and inside diameters to suit different flow and pressure requirements. The Standard Adaptor-to-Vertex Coupling configuration suits installations where the downstream tool or equipment uses a PCL Vertex-pattern connection.
PCL has manufactured compressed-air equipment in Sheffield since 1938 and is part of the HORNGROUP.
