Pre-made airline hose assemblies save fitting time and remove the need for on-site crimping equipment. The PCL HA2135 is a 5-metre air hose assembly built around 8 mm (5/16 in) internal-diameter hose, supplied ready-terminated with a Standard Adaptor at one end and a Vertex Coupling at the other.
The hose is manufactured from a high-performance TPE compound that looks and feels like rubber but without its associated downsides. Both end fittings are factory-fitted, meaning the assembly is ready to connect straight out of the packaging without any additional tooling.
With a 5-metre working length and 8 mm bore, the HA2135 suits workshop and garage compressed-air runs where a mid-length, free-breathing line is required. The Vertex Coupling end connects directly to any PCL Vertex-pattern coupling point, and the Standard Adaptor end accepts the corresponding PCL Standard fitting, keeping the assembly within the established PCL quick-release system.
