The Draper 41086 HSS bi-metal holesaw blade meets that demand through a construction that welds a hardened M3 steel cutting edge to a tough alloy steel body, combining sharpness with structural resilience and reducing the risk of shattering under load. The variable pitch design delivers a fast, clean, heavy-duty cutting action across a broad range of materials, including wood, steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, aluminium and plastic. Maximum cutting depth is 35mm. Four side slots assist slug removal, keeping the cutting path clear and the action efficient. A female threaded spindle provides secure fixing to a 9.5mm arbor, allowing straightforward attachment to a power drill. For metal cutting applications, the use of a suitable lubricant is advisable to prolong service life. Draper Metal Cutting Lubricant 400ml (Stock No. 76109) is a recommended option. Supplied as a single 67mm holesaw blade.
