The cheapest insurance on any pipe run is the clip that stops it moving.
The PESH48BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 48mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M10 fixing hole (10.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The M10 range shares its band dimensions with the M8 but takes the largest bolt - 304 stainless throughout for exposed and corrosive service, TPE160 liner as standard. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH48BG); the 44mm size (PESH44BG); the 52mm size (PESH52BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.
