Loose lines chafe, vibrate and fail - the fix is a lined clip that holds them still without cutting in.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PESH22BG carries that specification at 22mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
At the top of the fixing range, the M10 version bolts through a 10.8mm hole for the heaviest mounting points - in 18/8 304 stainless with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard, it is specified where structure, heat and weather all bear on the same run. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted. JCS recommends letting the application decide the specification - what the line carries, the temperatures it sees, and how corrosive the environment is.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH22BG); the 19mm size (PESH19BG); the 25mm size (PESH25BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 22mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 7/8 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M10 hardware; the fixing hole is 10.8mm.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
