JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PEZH48BG carries that specification at 48mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied - pair the clip with your standard hardware in the matching thread. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH48BG); the 44mm size (PEZH44BG); the 52mm size (PEZH52BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 48mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 48mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
