Routing a hose or loom is only half the job; keeping it fixed, cushioned and off sharp edges is the other half.
The PESH25BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 25mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M10 fixing hole (10.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The M10 range shares its band dimensions with the M8 but takes the largest bolt - 304 stainless throughout for exposed and corrosive service, TPE160 liner as standard. The closed diameter of 25mm should match the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable being fixed, not its bore.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH25BG); the 22mm size (PESH22BG); the 28mm size (PESH28BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 25mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 25mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1 in, if you work in imperial.
