Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
Sized at 28mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PESH28BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M10 range shares its band dimensions with the M8 but takes the largest bolt - 304 stainless throughout for exposed and corrosive service, TPE160 liner as standard. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied - pair the clip with your standard hardware in the matching thread.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH28BG); the 25mm size (PESH25BG); the 32mm size (PESH32BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 28mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 28mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
