Neat, fixed, cushioned routing is what separates a tidy installation from a comeback job.
Sized at 52mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PESH52BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
At the top of the fixing range, the M10 version bolts through a 10.8mm hole for the heaviest mounting points - in 18/8 304 stainless with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard, it is specified where structure, heat and weather all bear on the same run. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH52BG); the 48mm size (PESH48BG).
