Product Number: PESH40BG
When a line must cross a panel, frame rail or wall, the fixing has to grip without chafing what it holds.
Sized at 40mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PESH40BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M10 range shares its band dimensions with the M8 but takes the largest bolt - 304 stainless throughout for exposed and corrosive service, TPE160 liner as standard. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied - pair the clip with your standard hardware in the matching thread.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH40BG); the 36mm size (PESH36BG); the 44mm size (PESH44BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 40mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 40mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
