Every unsecured run of pipe, hose or cable is a failure waiting for a corrugation, pothole or engine harmonic.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PESH32BG carries that specification at 32mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
At the top of the fixing range, the M10 version bolts through a 10.8mm hole for the heaviest mounting points - in 18/8 304 stainless with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard, it is specified where structure, heat and weather all bear on the same run. JCS recommends letting the application decide the specification - what the line carries, the temperatures it sees, and how corrosive the environment is.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH32BG); the 28mm size (PESH28BG); the 36mm size (PESH36BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 32mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1 1/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 10.8mm hole to suit an M10 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
