Rated to a maximum load of 42 kg and built to 35 mm overall diameter with key dimensions A 7.5 mm, B 22.6 mm, C 5 mm, D 4.9 mm, E 7.5 mm, F 10.35 mm, G 35 mm and bolt thread R 1, this 45 Shore A soft-grade mount is engineered to absorb vibration at lower frequencies and lighter loads, where deflection and isolation take clear priority over stiffness or restraint. At 45 Shore A, the soft rubber element yields greater deflection under load than harder grades of the same geometry, translating low-amplitude, low-frequency excitation away from the supported item rather than transmitting it. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction joins the rubber element securely to the metallic hardware, maintaining integrity across shear, compression and combined loading directions. Tmax and Tmin bolt engagement figures are both specified at 6 mm, keeping installation straightforward in compact assemblies.
