At the top of the flanged circular mounting range, FCM5I is a 125 mm diameter rubber-to-metal bonded anti-vibration mount threaded M20, engineered to carry the heaviest loads in the family, rated to 2,000 kg at 60°. While maintaining a controlled shore deflection of 4 mm. This combination of high load capacity and measured deflection makes it the mount of choice where structural mass, transmitted shock, and long service life under sustained compression are the governing design criteria. Constructed with a fully bonded rubber-to-metal interface, the FCM5I delivers reliable vibration isolation and shock attenuation across the load range. Its flanged circular geometry accepts loading in shear, compression, or a combined mode, giving installation engineers flexibility in orientation and mounting configuration. The M20 stud (C dimension) works with a bolt-hole spacing of 176–184 mm (E dimension), a boss of 18 × 23 mm (G dimension), and an overall height (H) of 220 mm, with four fixing points (S: 4) to provide a stable, symmetrical footprint. FCM5I is suited to high-mass plant and machinery in demanding sectors including power generation, marine, construction and off-highway, agriculture, railway and mass transit, automotive, and military and defence applications. Where the operating environment calls for oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds, or stainless steel metalwork, custom variants are available on request. This mount is the largest in a family that spans several load and size bands.
