Compact and precisely dimensioned, this waisted bobbin mount measures 15 mm outer diameter, 8.5 mm waist diameter and 15 mm height, threaded M4 with a 10 mm stud length, making it well suited to lighter-duty isolation tasks where minimal footprint and controlled deflection matter. Designed as a low-cost anti-vibration solution, it is capable of operating in shear, compression or a combination of both loading modes. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction is central to the mount's performance. The rubber element absorbs and dampens vibration and shock, protecting surrounding structures and extending machinery service life. Male-to-male stud configuration (Type A / Type 1) allows straightforward in-line installation, and the compact M4 thread makes it appropriate for instruments, lightweight panel-mounted equipment and similarly sensitive or space-constrained applications. At this end of the waisted bobbin range, the mount addresses applications including instrument mounting, air-conditioning units, exhaust mountings and lighter ancillary equipment on diesel engines, generator sets and industrial machinery.
