Sitting at the midpoint of the 20×20 mm male-male bobbin range, this 60 Shore A mount, sKU 2020MM18-60. Is engineered to balance vibration isolation with structural support, making it the natural choice where neither maximum compliance nor maximum rigidity is required. With M6×18 mm threaded studs at both ends and a 20 mm diameter by 20 mm height rubber element, it is well suited to compact, lightly loaded installations across a broad spread of industrial and mechanical applications. At a rated maximum load of 13.0 kg and a controlled deflection of 1.6 mm, the 60 Shore A element delivers a firm-yet-compliant characteristic that handles everyday operational vibration without excessive movement under load. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the mount to be loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both, broadening its installation flexibility. This medium hardness grade occupies the practical middle ground: softer grades offer greater deflection for sensitive or lower-load duties, while harder grades carry higher loads with reduced movement.
