Compact and versatile, the 3030MF20-60 is a 30 x 30 mm male-female bobbin anti-vibration mount rated to 29.0 kg maximum load, built to give a balanced combination of vibration isolation and structural support across a broad range of light-to-medium duty machinery installations. With a controlled deflection of 2.6 mm, this 60 Shore A rubber grade occupies the practical middle ground of the hardness range, absorbing vibration effectively under moderate operating loads whilst maintaining sufficient rigidity to prevent excessive movement. Constructed with a rubber-to-metal bonded design, the mount is configured with an M8 x 20 mm male stud (d1) and an M8 female thread (d2), accommodating a wide variety of fixing arrangements in shear, compression, or a combined loading mode. The 60 Shore A rubber formulation is well suited to the general-purpose installer who needs consistent, predictable performance without the pronounced deflection of softer grades or the reduced isolation of harder compounds. Typical applications for this mount include instrument mountings, air-conditioning units, industrial machinery and equipment, and generator sets where moderate vibration attenuation and reliable load-bearing are both priorities. It is equally at home in automotive, agricultural, power generation, and marine environments, protecting surrounding structures, extending machinery lifespan, and improving operator comfort. Custom configurations including stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubbers are available on request. Male Female Bobbin Mounts referred to as Type B Bobbin or Type 2 Bobbins. They are a low-cost solution to reducing vibration & shock and are used in applications where a bolt fixing is required. They can be used in either Shear of Compression or a combination of both and can be produced with different thread variations. Many additional sizes are also offered, and the Bobbins can also be produced in Stainless Steel and Oil Resistant & High Temperature rubber compounds.
