The rubber-to-metal bonded construction combines high horizontal stiffness relative to vertical stiffness, delivering controlled movement management across operator cabs, engine installations and mounted equipment. The cone (cab) geometry is engineered with a failsafe design suited to mobile and off-highway environments, where dynamic loading and continuous vibration are constant operational factors. At 45 Shore A, the softer rubber compound allows the greatest deflection within the CB1650 family, producing superior vibration attenuation at lower load inputs compared with medium or firm grades. Dimensionally, the mount runs 105 mm at A, 75 mm at B, 46 mm at C, with thread dimensions of 16.2 mm (D), 22 mm (E), 17 mm (F) and 20 mm (G). Installed height spans H Min 75.25 mm to H Max 75.75 mm, with I Min at 105 mm. Mounts may be loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both.
