Rated across a demanding load band, the SFCM150HD is a 150 mm square flanged captive transit mount with an M16 stud thread, built to carry and isolate machinery operating under substantial dynamic and static loading. Its integral overload stop controls movement of mounted equipment during transit, whilst a failsafe arrangement manages shock loads to prevent catastrophic structural failure, two features that distinguish captive transit mounts from standard anti-vibration types. Rubber is employed in shear-compression for optimum performance, delivering vibration reduction of up to 95% across all axes. A metal top cap shields the rubber element against oil, fuel and general contamination, and protective plating on the metalwork resists corrosion, both characteristics extending service life in demanding operating environments. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction throughout ensures consistent load transfer and dimensional stability over the service life of the mount.
