The AV Industrial Products CTM-R3 is the 70 kg grade of the compact captive body shared with the CTM-R2. It is a transit-safe anti-vibration mount for lighter generating sets, pumps, fans and small diesel or marine engines.
Working the rubber in shear compression, the design achieves up to 95% vibration reduction in all axes. The integral overload stop restrains the mounted equipment while it is being transported, the captive construction provides a failsafe against shock loads, and the metal top cap protects the rubber from oil and fuel contamination. Key dimensions: 64 mm flange diameter (A), 34 mm flange height (B), M12 stud, 9.5 mm fixing holes on 76 mm centres, 93 mm free length and a 2.5 mm mounting base.
Where the supported load per point exceeds 70 kg, step up to the CTM-R2 (110 kg) on the identical footprint — no re-drilling required.
