The RM3020 is a rubber-to-metal bonded rail mounting sized at 30 mm width by 20 mm height, designed to provide vibration isolation for instruments, electronics and light equipment across a broad range of low-load applications. Its compact footprint and bonded construction make it well suited to sensitive installations where controlled deflection and reliable isolation are the primary requirements. Constructed using a rubber-to-metal bonded process, the RM3020 can be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, giving engineers flexibility in how the mount is oriented and deployed. This bonded design resists separation under service conditions while allowing the rubber element to absorb and dissipate vibration energy effectively, protecting surrounding structures and improving operator comfort. The RM3020 is confirmed suitable for 5 kg and 10 kg (static, S designation) load ratings; it is not rated for 15 kg service.
