Designed for instruments, electronics and light equipment where protecting sensitive components from vibration is a priority, this mount is an effective solution for installations operating under lower load conditions. Constructed using rubber-to-metal bonded technology, the RM2525 provides reliable isolation whether loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both. The softer rubber compound characteristic of lighter-load rail mounts yields greater deflection and improved isolation performance at the reduced loads typical of instrument and electronics installations. By absorbing and damping vibration before it reaches sensitive assemblies, the mount contributes to extended machinery lifespan, protection of surrounding structures and improved operator comfort. With a base dimension of 25 mm and a height of 25 mm, this mount is verified for use at load points 5 and S 10, and is not rated for the 15 load point. It is well suited to the construction and off-highway, agricultural, power generation, marine, railway and mass transit, automotive, and military and defence sectors wherever compact, low-load vibration control is required.
