The CTM1085016-70 is the heavy-duty 70 Shore grade of the 108 x 50 mm captive transit mount, rated to 1500 kg per point. That is the highest capacity in this body, and the choice for the largest generating sets, engines and compressors it serves.
Vibration reduction of up to 95% in all axes comes from the rubber element loaded in shear compression, sheltered from oil and fuel by the metal top cap. The integral overload stop keeps the mounted equipment controlled during transport, and the captive construction fails safe under shock loads — protection that matters most at these weights. The 108 mm flange stands 50 mm high; fixing holes are 16.5 mm diameter at 160 mm centres; inner dimension 83 mm, free length 190 mm, base plate 5 mm.
Alternative grades on this body: CTM1085016-45 (400 kg), CTM1085016-60 (600 kg). The footprint and fixings are identical across the family, so grades interchange without rework. Where per-point loads are below 600 kg, the CTM1085016-60 or the 400 kg CTM1085016-45 fit the same footprint without modification.
