Worn or inaccurate tyre pressure readings cost garages time and compromise vehicle safety. The PCL DAC1A03 is the ACCURA 1 digital tyre inflator, calibrated 0–174 psi, fitted with a 0.53 m (21 in) hose and twin hold-on valve connector — designed for tyre shops, garages, car dealers and transport depots requiring rapid, accurate inflation and deflation. The ACCURA 1 combines a ceramic pressure sensor with proprietary software algorithms to deliver guaranteed accuracy across the calibrated range, with a display resolution of 0.2 bar. The direct valve design increases both inflation and deflation rates, while the biomorphic handle provides operator comfort during extended use. An over-pressure warning activates if pressure exceeds 12 bar / 174 psi / 1200 kPa, and a low battery warning light monitors power status throughout the working day. The unit carries German PTB approval (PTB 18.08/06.04) and meets BS EN 12645-2014 accuracy standards — individually tested and certified before leaving the factory. The Rp 1/4 inlet connection accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 232 psi, with a flow rate of 500 l/min at 13 bar supply. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C. Digital display type with modern, lightweight and shock-resistant construction supports long product life and a reduced cost of ownership. Shipping weight is 0.921 kg.
