The patented dual-layer insulation provides an additional safety assurance — any damage to the outer layer is highly visible, giving the user a clear indication that the tool requires inspection before further use on live circuits. Every screwdriver is individually tested to 10,000V and is certified suitable for working on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC in accordance with EN 60900. The SCVM steel blade is hardened, tempered and chemically blackened, with a precision-machined tip engineered for an exact fit to the screw head — reducing the risk of cam-out and screw damage in critical wiring applications. The blade measures 100mm in length with a 3.5mm plain slot tip. The ergonomic bi-material soft-grip handle is designed with flat sides to prevent the tool from rolling on a bench. It allows free spinning in the palm for rapid fastening while also transferring torque efficiently when a firmer drive is required. Manufactured and individually certified to EN 60900.
