The Draper 28475 Trolley Jack addresses this with a lifting range of 75–505mm and a 2.25-tonne capacity, making it well suited to passenger cars and light commercial vehicles where underfloor clearance is limited. At the heart of its operation is a twin-piston quick-lift facility that reaches maximum height in eight pumps, reducing the effort and time spent at floor level. A twin spring return system controls the lowering cycle safely when the jack is not under load, while a twin safety valve prevents the jack from being operated beyond its rated capacity. Together these mechanisms support safe, controlled use in line with the EN 1494 specification to which this jack is manufactured. Component design throughout prioritises both vehicle and workshop protection. An integrated rubber saddle pad with a 110mm diameter cushions contact with the vehicle's underside, and an EVA foam handle cover guards against accidental panel damage during manoeuvring. The knurled handgrip at the end of the lifting arm provides a secure, confident hold during use. Hardwearing nylon wheels with rear swivelling castors deliver quiet, smooth movement across garage floors without marking or damaging the surface.
