Cutting wood and plastics accurately and safely requires a machine that combines stability, adjustability and reliable blade control the Sealey SM1304 professional bandsaw delivers all three. With a 245mm throat depth, it handles wide workpieces, while the maximum cutting height of 100mm suits a range of stock thicknesses. The steel chassis and locking blade wheel covers provide a rigid, secure frame, and bearing-mounted blade wheels combined with a belt drive induction motor ensure smooth, consistent cutting action. Two-speed operation (400/730m/min) allows the bandsaw to cut multiple types of materials. The tilting table (0-45°) enables compound mitre cutting across a 340 x 335mm table surface. Safety is addressed by a no-volt release switch that prevents uncontrolled blade restart after a power interruption, and micro switches prevent operation when either blade wheel cover is open. A blade wheel brush reduces dust accumulation and helps extend blade life. The SM1304 includes a quick-adjusting rip fence, mitre gauge, push stick, dust extraction port (60mm) and is supplied with a metal stand. Blade length is 1,712mm and motor power is 370W/230V. Fully approved to current CE directives.
