Air-powered die grinders that lack adequate grip or exhaust control can slow finishing work and fatigue the operator. The PCL APP700SET is a 6 mm die grinder set from the Prestige range of PCL air tools, designed to bring together reduced vibration, a non-slip grip, swivel exhaust, speed regulator, and safety lever in a single ready-to-work kit.
The Prestige range is designed to reduce operator fatigue through its reduced-vibration construction and non-slip grip surface. The swivel exhaust directs spent air away from the workpiece and operator, while the speed regulator allows the user to match spindle speed to the task. The safety lever guards against unintended start-up during tool changes or repositioning.
The APP700SET accepts 6 mm collet accessories and the set is supplied with ten 6 mm grinding stones in a variety of shapes, covering internal deburring, surface blending, and profile grinding across a range of workpiece geometries. Two collet spanners are included to allow secure and straightforward tool changes. All components are housed in a hardened plastic carry case for protection and organised storage in the workshop or on-site.
The APP700SET is manufactured by PCL in Sheffield, UK, a manufacturer with a heritage in compressed-air tooling dating to 1938. PCL is part of HORNGROUP.
