The PCL APP790SET Prestige Pistol Surface Prep Set centres on a 75 mm (3") pistol-format pneumatic sander designed for safe cleaning of harder dirt and rust areas before fine sanding takes place, and is also suited to alloy wheel refurbishment and general cleaning and sanding in smart repair and body shop environments. The tool operates at 16,000 RPM via an efficient, powerful motor intended for high-volume, professional applications. A safety speed regulator locks motion to prevent accidental speed change during use, while low vibration (2.8 m/s²) and low noise (77 dBa) performance supports safety and comfort over extended periods. Air consumption is 2.5 cfm (70.8 l/min) through a 1/4" inlet, with a minimum hose size of 3/8 in (10 mm). The tool measures 122 mm in length. The set is comprehensively kitted for immediate use. Contents include: x1 Pistol Surface Prep Tool, x1 3" female screw lock backing pad, x10 3" 60 grit male screw lock sandpaper, x10 3" 80 grit male screw lock sandpaper, x10 3" 120 grit male screw lock sandpaper, x1 3" fine screw lock conditioning pad, x1 3" medium screw lock conditioning pad, x1 3" coarse screw lock conditioning pad, and x1 hex wrench.
