Post-paint polishing in tight spaces demands a compact, controllable tool. The PCL APP780SET is the Prestige Pistol Polisher Set, fitted with a 75 mm (3") hook-and-loop backing pad and designed for post-paint polishing and general bodywork finishing to achieve a shiny and glossy result.
The set runs at 2,100 RPM for low-speed fine polishing and features a safety speed regulator that locks in motion to prevent accidental speed change during use. Air consumption is 2.6 cfm (73.6 l/min), requiring a minimum 3/8 in (10 mm) hose and a 1/4" air inlet. Sound level is 78 dBa and vibration is rated at 2.3 m/s². The pad spindle thread is M8 and the tool measures 132 mm in length. The 3.5" accessory pads overlap the 3" backing pad to prevent unwanted contact with the bodywork surface.
The set includes one pistol polisher, one 3" hook-and-loop backing pad, one 3.5" yellow compound sponge pad, one 3.5" white compound sponge pad, one 3.5" lambswool buffing pad, and one hex wrench. Replacement accessory packs are also available.
