The Sealey SA347 Mini Reciprocating Air Saw and Needle File is built for exactly these situations, delivering 7,500spm at a free speed that makes short work of cutting steel and aluminium panels up to 1.2mm thick, as well as deburring and shaping metalwork with the included needle files. Operating at 90psi with an air consumption of just 4cfm through a 1/4" BSP inlet, it connects easily to a standard workshop airline. The 5.5mm stroke keeps cuts controlled and precise, while the fitted safety trigger device prevents accidental actuation. A starter pack of blades and files is supplied so you can get to work straight away, and the tool is backed by a 3-year guarantee. Noise pressure is rated at 78dB(A) and vibration at 12.2m/s², so always use appropriate PPE for prolonged use.
