The Sealey S01045 reciprocating air saw is designed for initial crash repair preparation, making quick work of removing damaged panels with a free speed of 10,000spm and a 10mm stroke. It cuts up to 2mm steel and 2.5mm aluminium, making it well suited to light garage use. A safety trigger device prevents accidental operation, and an adjustable blade guide helps keep cuts on line. The tool operates at 90psi with an air consumption of 4cfm via a 1/4 inch BSP inlet, and is supplied with a starter pack of blades including SA34/B14 14tpi, SA34/B24 24tpi, and SA34/B32 32tpi blades (five of each). Noise levels are 98dB(A) sound power and 87dB(A) sound pressure, with vibration of 17.07m/s² (uncertainty 2.32m/s²).
