Each belt is manufactured from aluminium oxide abrasive grain that is resin bonded to the backing, providing efficient resistance and long lasting performance. Electrostatic sand planting ensures the grain is precisely oriented, while the open coat construction promotes effective chip removal and heat dissipation during sanding — two of the primary causes of premature belt failure. A special butt joint minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, contributing to a smooth and even finish throughout the belt's length. The backing is a strong X-weight polycotton cloth, a construction that makes the belt both flexible and durable. This enhances the intensity of loading and enables the belt to be used across different pressure applications without compromising structural integrity. At 10 x 330mm and 80 grit, these belts are ideal for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. They are compatible with all 10 x 330mm sanders, including Draper Stock No. 84123. Supplied as a pack of five.
