The PCL APT903 is a mini 1/4" drive air ratchet designed for running up fasteners in hard-to-reach places where quarter turns of a hand ratchet take far too long. The APT903 features an advanced and durable head design for dramatically longer service life alongside a soft grip that provides superior comfort and a non-slip feel during operation. The compact and lightweight construction allows maximum operator control and performance, while a high-power motor delivers consistent output throughout use. With a free speed of 300 rpm, maximum torque of 34 Nm, and air consumption of 1.8 cfm (50 l/min) at a 1/4" air inlet, the APT903 is suited to a wide range of tasks including exhaust systems, radiators, water pumps, fuel pumps, transmissions, under-dashboard access, small engine repair, and all small fasteners. The tool measures 128 mm in length and weighs 0.49 kg, with a maximum hose size of 3/16 in (4.8 mm). Sound level is rated at 80 dBa and vibration at 3.78 m/s². The APT903 sits within PCL's Mini Air Tools range alongside models including the APT904 and APT909. Compatible anti-whip hoses HA2108 and HA2132 are available separately, as are larger drive ratchets APT320 (3/8") and APT330 (1/2"). PCL has manufactured air tools in Sheffield since 1938 and is part of the HORNGROUP.
