Heavy rust scale, stubborn paint, and weld flux can be difficult and time-consuming to remove by hand particularly on large metal surfaces. The Sealey SA52 Air Needle Scaler and Flux Chipper is a straight-type air hammer designed to make this work faster and more effective. It comes supplied with interchangeable needle and chisel heads, making it suitable for both needle scaling and flux chipping without needing separate tools. The palm control trigger mechanism gives you comfortable, controlled operation throughout the job. With a 32mm stroke, a free speed of 4,800bpm, and an operating pressure of 90psi, it delivers consistent performance for cleaning heavy paint and rust scale from metal surfaces. Air consumption is 3cfm with a 1/4" BSP inlet connection. Replacement needle sets (SA51/16, 12-piece) and replacement chisels (SA52/15) are available separately so you can keep the tool working at its best.
